At Peace — In Home Care was founded in January 2025 with a singular purpose: to provide non-medical personal assistance that truly honors the individual. As a Texas HCSSA-licensed Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency, we operate within a comprehensive regulatory and compliance framework — from HIPAA privacy protections to Electronic Visit Verification through AxisCare, to a full suite of internal policies covering every aspect of client care and caregiver conduct.
